General Terms of Biofuel Finder
1. Responsibility of Biofuel Finder
Biofuel Finder is a website owned by a UK-registered company. Currently, the free trial period offered will be managed by a UK registered company that accepts no responsibility for the performance of the website.
By signing up to these terms, you are agreeing to join our pilot programme which is used for members to explore the platform and use for feedback on how the platform can be improved. You accept Biofuel Finder shall not be liable for any special, in-direct, or consequential cost, losses, and damages of any nature.

2.Terms to members applying and account holders
These regularly updated terms of service reflect the way that the Biofuel Finder works with its members.
The pilot programme available offers a thirty (30) day rolling membership free of charge which will extend until Biofuel Finder deems necessary to change to paid accounts. Members who sign up for the free account until expiry and wish to continue the service may be required to re-enter their credentials to subscribe to a paid account. New terms and conditions shall apply to future paid accounts and is the responsibility of the member to read carefully before continuing to utilise the platform. If a user account is found to be in violation of our terms conditions, lacks communication or is deemed a threat to Biofuel Finder, we reserve the right to terminate that user account.
All prospective members and account holders who applied to the Biofuel Finder will be informed of the change minimum twenty-eight (28) days before changes are implemented and what to expect. No payment shall be taken without prior approval or consent.
By applying for an account, you accept that our terms will change. To keep updated, it will require you to revisit these terms from time to time.

Besides these terms, we also publish a Privacy Policy which we encourage you to read it to better understand how you can update, manage, export and delete your information.

4. Application
When applying to the Biofuel Finder, we provide no guarantee your application will be successful as there are a limited number of spaces available with a free trial.
Applicants’ data shall be stored on a secure database but shall be made available or discarded if the applicant or member requires. Biofuel Finder assumes that when applying to the service, the applicant wishes to be kept up to date by Email, SMS or other communication methods of the service offerings and updates to the Biofuel Finder. It is the responsibility of the applicant to notify the Biofuel Finder if they do not wish to receive communications from Biofuel Finder.
Trial accounts will be made available at no costs. Paid member accounts will become available when Biofuel Finder deems necessary. The trial period will not offer the full services available to Biofuel Finder, it will allow users to understand the value the platform provides and give an opportunity for members to give feedback on how to improve the platform.
Members who sign up for the free account until expiry and wish to continue the service, may be required to re-enter their credentials to subscribe to paid accounts. There will be minimum twenty-eight (28) days’ notice of any requirement to re-join for a paid account.
5. Maps
I agree for my personal data to be processed by Biofuel Finder, for the purpose(s) of displaying map tiles, geocoding addresses and calculating and display directions.
I agree for my personal data, provided via map API calls, to be processed by the API provider, for the purposes of geocoding (converting addresses to coordinates), reverse geocoding and generating directions.
Some visual components of our Maps use 3rd party libraries which are loaded over the network. At present the libraries are Google Maps, Open Street Map, jQuery DataTables and FontAwesome. When loading resources over a network, the 3rd party server will receive your IP address and User Agent string amongst other details. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of the respective libraries for details on how they use data and the process to exercise your rights under the GDPR regulations.
Our Maps uses jQuery DataTables to display sortable, searchable tables, such as that seen in the Advanced Marker Listing and on the Map Edit Page. jQuery DataTables in certain circumstances uses a cookie to save and later recall the “state” of a given table – that is, the search term, sort column and order and current page. This data is held in local storage and retained until this is cleared manually. No libraries used by our Maps transmit this information.

6. Development and maintenance
To improve the platform services, we use artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to provide you with simultaneous translations and to better detect and block spam and malware. As part of this continual improvement, we sometimes add or remove features and functionalities, increase, or decrease limits to our services and start offering new services or stop offering old ones. Notice of the maintenance window shall be notified well advance and likely twenty one to thirty days (21-30).
From time to time, we may need to close the website for up to seventy-two (72) hours or more to improve the performance of the website, this may prevent access to your account. By signing up for an account you agree that Biofuel Finder hold no responsibility for any transactions you may relying on either purchasing or selling through the industrial auction, advertising, or promoting anywhere on the website and purchasing through the outlet while maintenance is taking place.
7. Content
We will recommend features, products, and services, including third part adverts that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences and personalise your experience.
We may upload your content, which we ensure through your permissions the necessary rights to do so and that the content is lawful.
All content including text, images, audio clips, digital downloads is the property of Biofuel Finder or its suppliers. If you wish to notify the Biofuel Finder of any content that you require to be removed please contact enquiries@biofuelsearch.com and place in the subject line GDPR&COTENTNBL with your reasons for removing.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been used in a way that gives rise to concerns of infringement, please contact enquiries@biofuelsearch.com.
You may not extract and/or re-utilise parts of the content of any Biofuel Finder without our express written consent from the Biofuel Finder.
Some of our services are designed to let you upload, submit, store, send, receive or share your content. You have no obligation to provide any content to our services and you’re free to choose the content that you want to provide. If you choose to upload or share content, please make sure that you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content is lawful.
8. Electronic communications
We will communicate with you electronically in a variety of ways, such as by e-mail, SMS, social media, and notices, or you may post e-mail messages (contact@biofuelsearch.com) or communicate through the Biofuel Finder.
You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless mandatory applicable laws specifically require a different form of communication.
9. Purchasing from the industrial platform
If you successfully win a bid on the Biofuel Finder Auction Platform, you agree to purchase that product. You will be required to either sign the Biofuel Finder Contract or the Sellers contract. If Biofuel Finder is the acting Seller, then you agree to provide all necessary information to allow the transaction to go ahead and must adhere to the terms summarised on the auction. Occasionally, Biofuel Finder will introduce the Seller directly, if so, Biofuel Finder will contact both you the Buyer and the acting Seller for permission to communicate directly to exchange/sign contracts.
10. Product purchasing Biofuel Finder outlet
When enquiring about a product, if you confirm you wish to purchase that product you will be sent terms and conditions which will required to sign.
11. Member score-card
All members who hold an account with the Biofuel Finder will be given a scorecard which will be determined by the time it takes you to sign a contract with the Seller or Biofuel Finder, general communication, ability to take delivery and ability to meet the payment term conditions required by the Biofuel Finder or Sellers. Members with a low scorecard will be notified with suggestions on how to improve their rating.
12. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided.
You must not use the Biofuel Finder platform if in any way it causes, or is likely to cause, any interruption, damage, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity, or to cause annoyance, inconvenience, or anxiety.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate accounts if your behaviour gives a justified reason to do so. This will be the case if you are in breach of applicable laws, applicable contractual provisions, our guidelines or our policies, which are all accessible on the website. Notwithstanding any such limitation or termination, you will continue to have access to content, and services purchased by you up to that point.
Feedback and questions are welcome providing it is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of spam.
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. We reserve the right to remove or edit such content.
13. Promotion and news articles
Parties other than Biofuel Finder may advertise or post research on this website. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals. Biofuel Finder does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of all of these or any other third parties. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we may share your information related to those transactions with that third party. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
14. Reliability of the platform
We will do our utmost to ensure that the availability of the Biofuel Finder will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the Biofuel Finder may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
Biofuel Finder will not be responsible for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part, any business loss including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure or any indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the Biofuel Finder.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal right to have goods sent or services provided within a reasonable time or to receive a refund if goods or services ordered cannot be supplied within a reasonable time owing to a cause beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these conditions limits or excludes our responsibility for fraudulent representations made by us or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by English law and the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
